Nichola Quail has worked in the market research industry for over 20 years. After her early years with two boutique Sydney research agencies ANOP and Galileo Kaleidoscope, she launched Fresh Focus in 2007. Working across Australia and NZ, with a suite of clients from SMEs to Enterprise, Nichola created a unique and high-value offering by working with a collective of independent researchers and operating a lean business model. In 2020, she launched Insights Exchange - a platform that connects business and fast-growth brands with independent market research and data specialists in Australia, NZ, and around the world. Nichola is excited about the potential to solve commercial challenges and global issues through the exchange of collective human intelligence, experience and connection.
