A consultative and operational executive leader, Richard has a passion for helping clients grow and optimise their businesses through smarter technology adoption and automation. Having worked with customers and partners for over 20 years in consultancy and commercial roles, Richard's background is in working with data & insights driven, high-growth tech-enabled and/or SaaS platform propositions, going in early stage and helping scale and accelerate growth and evolving businesses to a purer recurring revenue model. Previous experience includes CCO/COO at Cint Group, and part of the management team that led the business to a successful IPO in February 2021, helping to scale Cint from 2M EUR to 100M EUR in revenue and a 10x 'unicorn' valuation.
