For the last two decades he has been enjoying leading R&D roles in international growth companies within Marketing Science. Robert has worked closely with many leading global brands over the years such as Mars, Unilever, P&G and Carlsberg.
Since 2015 he has been Global Head of R&D at Nepa, an innovation driven market research and analytics agency, specializing in making sense of marketing data. Over these years Nepa has grown fast and is establishing itself as a global specialist for data driven brand building with approximately 300 employees and offices over 3 continents.
