Nancy is insights professional with agency and not for profit experience. Given her educational background in Psychology, one constant factor has been her interest in studying human behaviour in the assignments she has worked on. She has designed qualitative and quantitative research for categories like E-commerce/other online apps, telecom, real estate, personal care, home care and socially impactful products. In her last assignment, she worked with children on the Autism Spectrum and other developmental disorders using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and research-based interventions for behaviour management.
Currently, Nancy heads consumer insights at a telecom company in India, ACT Fibernet and is a key team member of the customer experience initiative at the organisation.
In her leisure time, she enjoys travelling, reading and listening to music in various different languages
