Georg founded Inspirient after five years of ICT research and three years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As CEO of an AI-first company, he looks back at a number of industry firsts, incl. the first time an AI-generated slide was presented at a company’s board meeting. His current focus is on translating the most recent advances in AI technology to generate value for data-driven businesses.
Georg received his PhD from Freie Universität Berlin, with 20+ peer-reviewed publications and patents, and subsequently conducted research in distributed systems and pattern recognition at INRIA Paris-Saclay. At BCG, he advised international corporations in the logistics, automotive and media sectors; and was selected to join the firm’s think tank, the BCG Henderson Institute, to push the envelope on topics including innovation strategy and organizational algorithmics.
