Explore - Triangulate Data from multiple sources: My team and I regularly analyze 5Cs data – Consumer, Customer, Category, Competition, Climate by using advanced analytics tools, which helps in identifying consumer behavior shifts, and cultural trends and predict potential disruptions, allowing us to adapt and innovate ahead of the curve.
Optimize - Fostering a Culture of Experimentation: Encouraging cross-functional collaboration and promoting a test-and-learn mindset ensures that our organization remains agile. Whether it’s exploring new methodologies or testing bold campaign ideas, we prioritize learning from each experiment to refine our strategies.
Validate - Developing Future-Focused Roadmaps: I led the development of a 3-year innovation roadmap, helping redefine brand architecture and identify key growth territories. This forward-thinking approach not only guided short-term actions but also laid a strong foundation for long-term success.
