Ruchira brings 24 years of experience in leading consumer insights, market research for emerging markets. She was part of the Executive leadership team at Swiggy, and before that part of the Global Insights team at PepsiCo. In 2020, she founded Elevate Insights to bring win-win insights towards profitable and sustainble business. A 'Human' perspective is key in this regard and hence she built a proprietary toolkit to humanize consumers, program beneficiaries as a way to understand behavior and find insights to nudge in the desired direction, ultimately building better products and a better world.
