Nina brings over 15 years of expertise collaborating with Fortune 500 companies like FrieslandCampina, YouTube, Unilever, and Nestlé. She specializes in Brand Equity & Turnaround, Innovation & Digital, AI & Neuroscience, Pricing, Shopper/Ecommerce, and CRM. At FrieslandCampina, Nina helped establish the Insights and Analytics unit for Asia, standardizing high-quality methodologies to enhance impact. At Unilever, she led and set-up the Innovation Insights Center of Excellence, applying Lean/Agile principles across five Beauty & Personal Care categories (a €20 billion business) and 15 Brand Teams. Nina mentors startups and serves as a judge for the 2024 Insights250 Awards. Her education includes courses in AI, Agile, an MBA, and an MSc in Industrial Economics.
