Recruiting: All of our recruiting is done in-house and each of our recruiters has a minimum of 5 years market research experience. No temps, no outsourcing. Every single recruit is also validated by re-asking key questions and evaluated on the phone for articulation.

We recruit nationwide and are experienced with online focus groups held on various platforms including Zoom, Teams and Discuss.io. We can provide all services necessary for online interviews and groups, including use of our platform.

Panel: 100% opt-in panel. Nationwide 200K+ panelists, and 154K in Michigan. We conduct studies across the USA, as well as in our facility near Detroit and Ann Arbor. Double opt-in panel profiles include 100 data points on each participant, including automobiles and voting behavior.

Location: Facility built in 2019. Three large suites, large client areas, creative space, and large 60 x 30 Showroom with overhead door for car clinics and large equipment tests. Seats over 20 with 6' distancing, up to 80 normally. Located minutes from airport and Westin (corporate rates available to our clients). Primary recruiting range to our facility includes both Ann Arbor and Detroit markets.

Configurable for CLT, mock trials, theater, classroom, living room and traditional focus groups.
