Zoe Dowling is Lead Research Strategist at FocusVision where she works closely with the company's sales and product development teams to create customized and relevant technology solutions for clients, with emphasis on packages inspired by actual research activities and use cases. An early adopter to the internet, Zoe has been involved in internet research since the late 1990s specializing in respondent engagement for web and mobile surveys, as well as qualitative approaches including online communities and interviewing. Zoe holds a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Stirling in Scotland, an M-Phil in Social Research Methodology from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Surrey in England.
