Richard is the SVP of Sales & Client Success at Phronesis Partners, a provider of global sample, primary and secondary research. He has spent more than 20 years in the industry as an analyst, consultant and project manager and successful developed distributed delivery systems and modular research services portfolios which significantly lowered the cost of delivery/research while driving high revenue growth. His previous experience includes tenures at IDC, Forrester Research and other consulting firms. He studied at the University of Florida and Nijenrode Universiteit (in the Netherlands), and speaks 8+ languages.
