Rachel Dreyfus is a Marketing Insights professional recognized for linking consumer insights to brand growth. Her talent in delivering consumer insights has led to groundbreaking innovations in products and customer experiences, navigating competitive threats and brand-building. In her most recent position as VP of Marketing Intelligence for Time Warner Cable in New York City, Rachel built and led a centralized research capability and broadened the scope of research to support Engineering, New Product Line Management (Wireless and Intelligent Home), and Customer Experience departments. Her team delivered insights specific enough to guide business decisions, contributing to more than 200% growth in Broadband market share and 400% growth in home phone market share during her tenure. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Rachel was Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Research for Gemstar-TV Guide, where she led the consumer research for TV Guide Magazine and TVG Online. Rachel is an award-winning member of CTAM (Cable Television Association of Marketers) and is also an active member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. She is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA and now resides in Fairfield, CT with her husband and two teenage children.
