Katie Clark, aka "InsightsGal", is a self described hybrid market researcher/project manager/social media diva. She works with companies large and small to help them tune in to the ‚AuVoice of the Customer‚Au through research and social media to create actionable insights to drive the business forward. She has worked with and for a smorgasbord of different companies and industries, from software to seafood, from fragrance to finance, and more. Katie is uber-connected and intensely curious early adopter, fascinated with how people (and brands) connect and interact digitally. She has been deeply immersed in the Internet as long as she can remember (case in point: she was the only girl in computer programming ‚"summer camp" in grade school‚and this is back in the '80's).
