Jeni is a senior business manager, insight seeker and idea generator with 20 years working in marketing research from Madrid to New York City. She is known for providing the energy and enthusiasm needed in organizations to make things happen, having built new client relationships and solutions, developed teams and created new marketing strategies during her tenures at companies like Demoscopia, Ross Cooper Lund and TNS (now Kantar). Most recently she has been at Harris Interactive as EVP, for their Global Brand & Communications biz & as Head of Strategic Innovation. At Harris, she has focused on developing an innovation pipeline that includes new ways of integrating social and mobile intelligence into research - for example the metric WONsm (Word of Network), conceptually a digitalized measure of word of mouth. Her entrepreneurial career began in Europe, where she spent 9 years before moving back to the US. Fluent in Spanish, she is a wife and proud momma who also makes a mean paella.
