Toluna continues expanding their client team with the increase of corporate clients. Toluna congratulates Daphne Allan and Brett Criss on their recent promotion to SVP, Strategic End Clients; Dan Enson, VP, Research Solutions and Matt Booth, Senior Research Director. Toluna also welcomes new hires Tammy Young, SVP Sales; Bill Cohen, VP, Client Director; Matt Kennedy, AVP, Client Director; and Katelyn Jones, Client Manager.
Brett Criss and Daphne Allan have been promoted to SVP, Strategic End Clients. In this role, Brett and Daphne be responsible for End Client growth among strategic accounts, with a particular focus on CPG brands. Their teams specialize in bringing technology-based solutions to the market via Toluna’s technology platform, Toluna Start, proprietary consumer panel and in-house research expertise.
Brett joined Toluna in January of 2020 as VP, Strategic End Clients after spending 16+ years in progressive client service, product development and sales roles at Ipsos and Nielsen.
Daphne joined Toluna in June of 2018 as a VP, Enterprise Solutions. She previously held various business development roles at Harris Insights and Analytics, Nielsen, and TNS Kantar.
Tammy Young joins the Toluna team as SVP, Sales. Tammy brings over 20 years of experience in the marketing data, analytics, ad tech, and insights industries. She’s previously worked in sales and leadership roles at Epsilon, GutCheck, and Zeeto, where she helped clients drive product and marketing innovations through behavioral data and market research insights. She is energized every day by finding research solutions that answer clients' key questions and proud to lead teams that grow through excellence and dedication to the client.
Jim Mullady is promoted to VP, Client Director. Jim started with Toluna in 2006 as a CDA and supported some of our largest accounts. Prior to Toluna, he was a member of the Data Processing department at IPSOS. Jim’s creative solution selling and strong relationship building skills led to long-lasting partnerships with clients (some of which span over a decade!) while continuing to bring new clients onboard. Jim ensures all members of the Toluna team from Sales, Operations, Finance and beyond are working together to delight and retain our clients.
Bill Cohen joins Toluna as VP, Client Director. Bill has over 20 years of custom, syndicated and DIY market research sales and operations experience. He Is responsible for new client acquisition and growth including leveraging Toluna’s consumer intelligence platform, TolunaStart. While at Nielsen and Kantar, Bill held senior business development positions leveraging agile research in areas of consumer brand strategy, innovation, concept testing and advertising effectiveness.
Matt Kennedy joins Toluna as AVP, Client Director. Matt returns to Toluna after two years’ absence; Matt was with Toluna from 2015-2019 in my previously. He’s been in market research for 10 years now, for last four he’s been focused on helping clients adopt digital solutions. Matt’s worked with various Fortune 500 clients, mostly in media, entertainment, food and CPG. He wanted to return to Toluna because of the Toluna end-to-end offer, that includes agile qual. “I’m excited to work with clients across a greater portion of the research lifecycle from whitespace exploration to final validation.”
Katelyn Jones joins Toluna as a Client Manager within the Healthcare team. Katelyn has been in industry for 3 years selling sample via API, managed services and DIY platforms. She wanted to join the market research industry when attending Washington State University and working at IMG College involved in market research studies. She excels in partnership development, relationship building and solution selling. In her new role she is charged with managing and growing the global customer portfolio by establishing and nurturing key business relationships.
Dan Enson has been promoted to VP, Research Solutions. Dan has 15 years of experience across all phases of research, including study design, sample planning, advanced data analysis, and actionable storytelling. Dan has worked on several different types of studies, but his expertise is in Ad Testing, Concept Testing, Product Testing, and Awareness & Usage, and has vast experience within Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, and Healthcare.
Matt Booth was promoted to Senior Research Director. Matt brings 20 years of experience helping clients across a wide variety of industries make strategic and tactical business decisions through effective communication and activation of key insights. Matt possesses expertise in a vast array of methodologies, including choice modeling, segmentation, market structure, concept testing, product testing, pricing research, customer satisfaction & A&U research.
