The company was established in 2011 by the merger of online panels from 3 leading MR agencies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia – Nielsen Admosphere, NMS Market Research, and STEM/MARK. We focus mostly on the CEE region; our top priority is unmatched data quality.
We are using our own proprietary SW. Currently, we are active in 8 countries – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania. Recruiting panels in Ukraine and Thailand. Annually we provide over 2 million completed questionnaires in 3000 projects.

1/ We put our panelists first We treat them fairly, incentives are paid out regularly, if the answers pass the quality control. We motivate panelists financially (money transfer), via gift catalog, or via donations to local community.
2/ Unique way of recruitment and verification of each panelist Over 30% of panelists have been recruited offline. All panelists have to be verified via email + SMS + Realeyes sw.
3/ Transparency and quality brings trust We are honest with our clients and panelists. We strictly follow GDPR, ESOMAR, and SIMAR (local association) guidelines. Panelists are allowed a maximum of 3 questionnaires per week, 45 per year. No survey routing or river sampling is allowed!
4/ Profiling – we know a lot about our panelists The subpanel information is based on 270 questions and 3,000 variables.
5/ Technology all SW is developed in-house, from web or mobile-based apps to back office and admin interface. Yes, it is expensive to develop, but it is tailored to our specific needs.
6/ Customer service - we strongly believe that sample providing is not only about automatic systems, speed and cost savings, but mainly about DATA QUALITY. That is why we check every single questionnaire for proper content and language. Our project managers are available Mon-Fri 8 AM – 7 PM and we have a weekend coverage as well
