Prior to joining the team, she worked in Microsoft’s mergers and acquisitions group and in Microsoft’s central finance team. Chelsey is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and lives and works in sunny Seattle, WA.

Dritan Nesho

Director, Technology & Civic Engagement

Dritan Nesho is a Director within Microsoft’s Technology and Civic Engagement group, and a former political pollster. He is a co-founder and oversees the development of Microsoft Pulse, a leading audience and customer research and engagement platform. Dritan formerly served as Senior Product Manager and then Director within Microsoft’s Corporate Strategy and Special Projects team, where he was responsible for solving core consumer and corporate strategy issues and launching new, high-value products. As part of this role Dritan advised Microsoft’s CEO and EVPs of advertising and strategy, and helped drive implementation of several business programs across Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dritan served as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Penn Schoen Berland and Burson-Marsteller. Previously he was Director of Burson-Marsteller's global political and public policy specialty practice and a Campaign Manager within Penn Schoen Berland’ s international political team where served as advisor to the leaders of India, Mexico, and Ukraine. Dritan graduated from Harvard University with honors in Economics and Government.
